MADE BY MOM, MY MOM

And yes, that is an illustration of my mom heroically riding a cow in the Swiss Alps. It pays homage to her passion and strength in making people Happi.

MEET THERESA

That’s my mom. She’s pretty awesome. For as long as I’ve know her, she’s put love and passion into everything she does, especially when she’s in the kitchen. Growing up in Switzerland and then raising her family in Canada, she combines European influences with the goodness of Canadian ingredients. We always had a bottle of “mom’s salad dressing” in the fridge. And I didn’t just put it on salads, I put it on everything! Egg sandwiches. Fried rice. Even pizza.

As friends and neighbours began requesting thier own bottles of the magicial sauce, we knew we had to share it with others. We had the chef. We had the (closely guarded) recipe. We just needed a name. Something that spoke to it’s magical powers to make anything taste even better, it’s Swiss influences, and how it made people feel when consumned. And so, Happi Sauce was born – “happi” being the way to write “happy” in Swiss-German.

PUT THAT SAUCE ON EVERYTHING

HOW TO HAPPI SAUCE

Happi Sauce is the ultimate all-purpose condiment that pairs well with just about anything. Classic options include salad, carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumber slices, broccoli florets, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper strips, spinach wraps, and coleslaw. It’s perfect for fried favorites like French fries, tater tots, onion rings, fried chicken, chicken tenders, chicken nuggets, mozzarella sticks, jalapeño poppers, fried mushrooms, and fried pickles. Sandwiches and wraps get a boost with Happi Sauce, including turkey sandwiches, club sandwiches, grilled cheese, BLTs, chicken wraps, buffalo chicken wraps, turkey bacon Happi Sauce wraps, Philly cheesesteaks, roast beef sandwiches, and BBQ pulled pork sandwiches. Pizza and pasta lovers swear by Happi Sauce on cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, buffalo chicken pizza, BBQ chicken pizza, garlic bread, breadsticks, mac and cheese, pasta salad, lasagna, and spaghetti. It’s a game-changer for meats like grilled chicken breast, BBQ ribs, steak bites, meatloaf, pork chops, turkey meatballs, baked ham, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, and deviled eggs.
